Technical Costing Engineer

Role Overview
You will be responsible for improving and managing equipment costing models, supporting tendering and proposal development, and enhancing internal sales and pricing processes. The role plays a key part in ensuring pricing accuracy, margin control, and scalable systems that support business growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead the redevelopment and ongoing management of Excel-based costing tools
- Develop accurate costing models for standard and custom engineered equipment
- Validate cost structures including materials, labour, fabrication, and overheads
- Manage and support tendering, estimating, and proposal processes
- Review RFQs and lead internal quotation development
- Support pricing strategy for large tenders and project submissions
- Improve internal sales workflows and quotation turnaround times
