Job Description
In this hands-on role, you will carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance, support building fabric repairs, respond to maintenance issues promptly, and work closely with contractors and colleagues to ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance with health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and fabric repairs. Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities to ensure building systems operate effectively. Monitor and maintain the condition of the building fabric, including walls, floors, windows, doors and fixtures. Undertake basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unblocking drains and repairing taps and toilets.
