**Your Impact**As a TAC Engineer in our DCRS team, you will:- Support customers remotely, solving sophisticated challenges in live environments.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to resolve critical issues.
- Reproduce and troubleshoot customer-reported problems in lab environments.
**Minimum Qualifications**- Possess 5+ years in technical support experience at any level at any of the following areas:- Routing & Switching Expertise (Design, Implementation, Troubleshooting)- Use of Wireshark, Packet Analyzer and other tools for TCP/IP packet analysis- Hands-on experience at least with 6 of this:- Layer 2 Technologies: STP, vPC, FabricPath- Network Management Protocols: PTP, NTP, DNS, DHCP- Quality of Service: Queuing, policing, shaping- Layer 2 Security: Port security, private VLANs, ACLs- Layer 3 Technologies: EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS, MBGP, PBR, BFD- Layer 3...
