Technical Consultant
Your Role
- Realize remote support of solutions, taking ownership of customer relationship, acts as an advisor.
- Validate the prerequisites and deploy the technical solutions in accordance with the project schedule.
You're the right fit if
- Bachelor's, Master's or Engineering degree in Computer Science.
- Min 2 years of experience in IT deployment and/or IT support (ideally in a hospital setting).
- Excellent IT skills, team spirit, interpersonal skills and pedagogy to provide the best service to our customers.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Control of hospital workflow actors: HIS; RIS, PACS and Modality team (third party - distribuitors).
- Good skills in IT trouble shooting, logs analysis correlated to solution usages.
