Technical Consultant

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Software installations and upgrades - on-boarding new customers
- Customer contact, technical support, and advisory services to national and international customers
- Working closely with customers and their technical team
- Support Mintra product development and testing
- Contributing author of online documentation and guidance for customers
- Ongoing evaluation and improvement of internal processes
- Monitoring system performance and analysing data
**We'd like you to have**:
- Technical operating experience with various database platforms (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL)
- Experience with Oracle Development (PLSQL) and operation (DBA)
- Experience with PowerShell
- Experience with Windows Server OS (essential)
- Experience with Linux OS (preferred)
- Experience with AWS or other cloud computing services (preferred)
