What you'll do
- Make all technical decisions and live with them
- Build AI systems that cut through approval bureaucracy
- Ship fast in a regulated industry where trust matters
- Turn messy regulatory logic into clean software

What we're looking for
- You've shipped products before, end to end
- Solid fundamentals across backend, cloud, and AI/ML
- You've worked in early-stage environments and dont need hand-holding
