Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements ensuring all decisions, requirements, and testing needs are properly captured.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams across the bank as well as external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into clear and concise functional requirements and user stories.
• Create business and technical documentation.
• Participate in and lead working sessions with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Support the scrum team in planning, scoping, and impact analysis for initiatives.
• Support the QAT team.
• Develop subject‑matter expert knowledge in the business and systems domain.
