AML Technology is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for the AML Tech Data Development Team. The successful candidate will contribute to projects, BAU activities, and technical initiatives supporting AML data capabilities.
Must be proactive, self‑motivated, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support alignment of functional and non‑functional requirements and contribute to the estimation of work efforts
- Gather and document requirements by participating in workshops and design sessions, and translating business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and best practices
