- Promote an agile team environment by encouraging swift, adaptive actions that prioritize continuous customer-centricity.
- Oversee (E2E) IT projects and change initiatives and according to the scope often overarch different ING entities, Tribes and Domains, from planning to implementation.
- Facilitate the delivery of features together with the Squads, POs and Architects. Align on epics, roadmap, dependencies, budget and making sure epics are translated into features and stories.
