Job summary:
- Work with US and local teams to configure and test benefit administration systems
- Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing of different system components: web application, data imports, batch jobs, reports and extracts
- Perform impact analysis, requirements gathering, and regression testing
- Troubleshoot and analyze technical problems in testing and production environments.
- Work and/or lead the implementation of special projects or creation of tools
- Participate in meetings with local and US colleagues
