Technical Business Analyst- Core Banking Technology (Toronto)

What Youll Do:

Perform rigorous testing including Automation, Manual, Regression, Integration, Performance and/or E2E testing. Lead the requirement gathering, business definition and translation of business requirements to user story grooming that drive strategic transformation. Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. Challenge assumptions and bring forward creative ideas to simplify, automate, and improve processes. Perform gap analysis across systems and payment standards to identify opportunities for modernization. Partner with Product, Business and Engineering to ensure readiness for delivery, testing, and post-implementation success. Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to conduct risk mitigations and minimize dependencies. Champion continuous improvement by challenging current processes (or) execution methods and deliver better outcomes for customers.
