Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Analyse and challenge business requirements to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
- Produce high-quality functional specifications, user stories and technical documentation.
- Perform data mapping and integration analysis using tools such as Postman and SOAPUI.
- Validate integration endpoints and technical designs.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout Agile sprints.
- Conduct functional testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Support deployment activities, release management and production readiness.
- Investigate, triage and manage defects through to resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and client stakeholders.
