Technical Business Analyst (Burnaby)

About the Role

The Technical Business Analyst reports to the Manager, Business Intelligence and Data Governance. This role focuses on supporting United Way BC’s ability to leverage data to inform decision‑making, strengthen community impact, and enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support and manage reports and dashboards for monitoring key metrics, including community impact and financial performance.
• Develop and implement organizational data models.
• Lead and/or participate in initiatives related to research, reporting and analytics.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses, highlighting key insights and recommendations on donor strategies, fundraising initiatives and impact strategy.
• Contribute to the development of operation strategies, including measurement, tracking, trends analysis, benchmarking, and goal setting where applicable.
