As a Technical Business Analyst - Beam, you’ll play a key role in delivering end to end technical business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and service design across complex, multi stakeholder initiatives within ART. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, you will ensure alignment with strategic objectives while translating complex requirements into intuitive, user centred outcomes.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements, specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Product Design and Support to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to strategy and constraints.
