The Business Analyst supports the development and continuous improvement of the Airline Website and CMS platform, ensuring delivery of high-quality, customer-centric digital experiences that drive key digital and commercial KPIs.
This role is part of a critical customer-facing digital product area and works closely with Product, Digital, Ecommerce, Technology, UX, and Content teams. The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, analysing, documenting, and validating requirements, ensuring business priorities are clearly translated into implementable a user stories and delivered effectively by Agile teams.
The role operates within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) and collaborates with multiple Product Owners and scrum teams to manage dependencies and enable end-to-end delivery across the customer journey.
