My client is looking for a talented Technical Author to join their team based at their head office, just outside of Liverpool. As an experienced Technical Author, your role will be to create dynamic content detailing the organisation’s IT systems, designed to enhance user experience, and streamline support. Outputs will be tailored for both technical and non-technical personnel spanning all departments.
