Job Description
In addition to technical maintenance duties, the role supports the on-site Facilities Management team in delivering an integrated service to the customer.
This is a highly client-facing position, requiring flexibility, strong communication skills and a willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager or Regional Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and health & safety requirements Carry out routine PPM and minor reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance Provide first-line response to equipment failures and building services faults Assist with site-based installation and minor project works Complete maintenance job sheets, service reports and site logbooks accurately Adhere to Service Level Agreements and planned work schedules Support supervision of subcontractors and maintain pl...
