Responsibilities
- Responsible for helping assigned departments to solve basic technical issues
- Fixes the issues in the assigned scenes
- Helps artists to solve simple bugs
- Reviews pending tickets
- Assists artists when issues arise in the day-to-day processes of the department
- Tests libraries such as Houdini's HDAs and prototypes
- Updates basic documentation
- Reviews and updates the technical documentation related to the workflows and tools of the department that they support
- Is responsible for asset assemblies and updates
- Attends technical meetings as requested
- Keeps up on current artistic methodologies and on technology trends and tools
- Is willing to learn new workflows and proactively contribute to making them more efficient
- Assists other team members when necessary
- Follows the department supervisor and leads' instruction
