Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptionalTechnical Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will also be responsible to:
- Participate as a lead architect in professional services engagements such as customized customer onboarding, statements of work,and other customer enablement activities
- Through professional services engagements, you will:
- Lead business requirements sessions
- Develop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations
- Conduct recipe reviewsAdvise on unit testing best practices
- Advise on integration testing and user acceptance testing best practices
- Conduct production readiness assessments
- Advise on production deployment procedures
- Conduct post-live deployment health checks and guidance on recipe and process optimizations
- Provide thorough knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams
