Technician – Risk Capture

Pro currently has an exciting opportunity to join us as a Technician in Risk Capture to be part of our Insurance Services team. The job holder will meet all Client service levels, deliverables and deadlines for the processing of Risk Capture documentation.

Pro operates a hybrid working model, with time split working from home and the Gloucester office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing cleanse and baseline requests.
• Accurately running and recording interfaces within client systems.
• Using multiple resources/systems to process each request.
• Processing tasks accurately, in an efficient manner, in line with client SLA’s.
• Dealing with clients in a professional manner over the phone or via email.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs.
