Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical customers.
- **Learning and Certification**:Cloud Associate/Foundations/Professional Certification(s) from any cloud provider highly recommended.
- **Technical Support & Troubleshooting**:Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to customers using our cloud services.
