Coordinate sample requests, monitor progress, track controls, and maintain traceable records through dispatch. Prepare, update, issue, and file formulation templates, product sheets, sample records, and other R&D documents. Coordinate between R&D and sales, share approved technical information, follow up on items, and deliver accurate documentation on time.
