We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Accounting Manager to join our finance team. The Technical Accounting Manager position will provide leadership and oversight for technical accounting guidance and support stakeholders as the subject matter expert in accounting standards and complex accounting issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares formal accounting position papers and memos for complex, material, and/or non-routine accounting issues, including key US GAAP topics such as revenue recognition, share-based compensation, and business combinations.
• Partner with business stakeholders with the accounting and reporting implications of transactions while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies.
