About the role

We're looking for a Technical Accounting Manager to join our Quality & Ethics team for BDO New Zealand. In this role, you’ll provide technical accounting and financial reporting support to audit and advisory teams across New Zealand. You’ll research and analyse complex accounting matters, review financial statements, develop technical guidance and training, and work closely with stakeholders across the business to promote quality and consistency in our client engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technical accounting, solving challenging problems, and making an impact beyond a traditional client‑facing role.
