Platinum Chemical Solutions is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support and grow our production chemical business in upstream oil & gas operations across Western Canada. This role combines technical field support, customer relationship management, and business development. The successful candidate will work directly with producers to optimize chemical programs, troubleshoot production challenges, and deliver solid customer service. Responsibilities

Manage and support existing customer accounts Provide technical support for production chemical programs Conduct field visits and monitor treatment performance Troubleshoot corrosion, scale, emulsion, and water treatment issues Identify opportunities for account growth and new business Prepare customer reports and recommendations Ensure compliance with HSE and customer site requirements Qualifications
