Technical Account Manager- Spanish/English speaker (España)

The TAM Team Leader for Spain will lead a regional team of Technical Account Managers within Veeam’s EMEA Professional Services organization. This role is pivotal in driving customer success, team performance, and strategic growth across the Spanish market. Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of TAMs, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
• Act as a senior advisor and escalation point for strategic Spanish enterprise and government accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to align TAM services with business goals.
