DEUNA is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the primary technical contact for merchants after go-live. You will monitor health, guide integrations, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to keep merchants operational and satisfied.

You will drive incident management, post‑incident reviews, and merchant improvements, while building health visibility and helping merchants adopt new payment methods within a LATAM‑centric, remote environment.
