Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will be responsible for understanding customers' technical needs through effective requirements gathering and providing high-level consultative support. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction while delivering value throughout the implementation and operational lifecycle.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements.
- Knowledge of API integrations and technical solution implementation.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira.
