About the Role
The Technical Account Manager plays a crucial client-facing role to drive adoption, expansion, and value realization for enterprise customers implementing our agentic AI platform. You will manage the full lifecycle of customer deployments, from leading discovery processes, through initial technical implementation and on to broad organizational adoption. TAMs provide program/project management for enterprise-wide rollouts, coordinating implementation across multiple departments and stakeholders while ensuring consistent value delivery and transformative results for clients. This role can be remote, based anywhere in Spain, with approximately 25% travel time on-site with customers and Maisa offices.
