Join Paymentus as a Technical Account Manager, where you bridge the gap between customers and internal teams. Your focus will be on resolving operational and technical challenges for National Accounts.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Account Management Team and work alongside the Account Director to ensure client satisfaction. You will tackle inquiries and provide insights into the client’s setup including API and integration aspects. Additionally, you’ll perform root cause analyses and support all communication related to operational issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Analyze client setups and troubleshooting needs • Partner with teams for incident resolutions • Generate monthly SLA reports for client accounts • Support in QBRs and demo presentations • Engage in RCA processes with clients
