Technical Account Engineer (Bogotá)

Key Responsibilities

• Be part of the implementation of software projects.
• Follow best practices and coding standards, while keeping in mind the scope, goals and deliverables
• Review User Guides and Technical Guides.
• Identify bugs and issues in each project developed in ProcessMaker.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Function as an integral part of the team, actively contributing towards the development of our services.
• The position requires constant communication with clients and teams in English.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
