The Technical Account Manager / Technical Account Architect (TAM/TAA) serves as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts, bridging the gap between client business objectives and technology solutions. This role is responsible for driving solution adoption, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand the value delivered.
