Blueways Water Solutions is a growing water treatment company based in Guwahati, with 10+ years of execution across Northeast India — STP, ETP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, and O&M. We've built a strong project pipeline. The gap we're filling is conversion ownership: someone who can run a client interaction end-to-end, from first site visit to signed proposal, without the founder in the room. This is not a support role. You will be the primary commercial interface for new enquiries. Your output will be measured in one thing: qualified proposals that close. WHAT YOU WILL OWN– Site visits and client meetings — independently, within 30–60 days of joining– Requirement capture: understand project scope, translate it into a clear brief for the technical team– Proposal follow-up: own the pipeline from submission to decision without waiting to be reminded– Relationship building with architects, PMCs, builders, and industrial clients across the region– Maintain and update CRM — lead status, next ...
