- Manage and follow up aftermarket services process mapping.
- Follow Up of timelines and time tracking for R&R Projects.
- Develop & Promotion of training plans for external customers.
- Develop Technical Days- Management & Administration of Warranties.
- Management & Pricing for Extrusion Projects.
- Control warranty and no cost parts - (Intercompany).
