Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and backbone support for NGFW technology to resolve cases with customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Prior experience or working knowledge in any of the following areas: Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) firewalls & vASA, FTD, Firepower, FMC, API methods and usage, server and appliance virtualization using VMware, MS Hyper‑V and KVM, database knowledge and management (Azure, MariaDB, etc.), Python, Perl, and Bash scripting skills (added advantage).
• Experience designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, and debugging networks.
• Experience with multicloud environments and tools (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, etc.).
• Leading wide region initiatives and project management skills.
