Qualifications

- Train applicators, contractors, and distributor staff on proper product usage and application techniques.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting at project locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with applicators and distributors to enhance product adoption.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and application guidelines.
- Assist sales team in achieving targets through technical support and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B-Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in the relevant field
- Strong practical knowledge of tile fixing and construction practices
- Hands-on approach with willingness to travel extensively
