We are looking for an experienced tech pack and product design specialist to support the development of new apparel and soft-goods products for a premium, design-driven brand. This is ongoing work, not a one-off project.
You must have hands-on experience creating factory-ready tech packs and a strong understanding of how design, materials, and construction impact fit, cost, and production.
Responsibilities:
Create complete tech packs including flat sketches, measurements, grading, construction details, stitching, trims, hardware, fabric specs, and BOMs
Source and recommend innovative fabrics, trims, zippers, and components aligned with performance and premium positioning
Translate concepts and references into clear technical documentation
Identify potential construction or production issues early
Communicate clearly and meet deadlines
