Tech Ops Project Lead

Position Overview

This individual will be part of the DePuy Synthes Supply Chain Technical Operations group. The role is based in either Zuchwil, Switzerland, Solothurn Switzerland, or West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA. He/she will act as Tech Ops Project Leader and use knowledge of project management, enterprise-wide supply chains, and manufacturing operations to function as an integral member of a development team devoted to sustainable world‑class manufacturing & supply chain operations supporting key strategic NPI or LCM projects.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead assigned NPI/LCM supply chain projects, driving deliverables, project direction, core team alignment, and management updates to ensure overall project success.
• Define and manage key project tasks, milestones, timelines, owners, and critical paths in collaboration with workstream leads to support deployment commitments.
