About the role
We’re looking for a TechSupport Engineer based out of our London office. This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home.
What You’ll Do
- Device lifecycle management : assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping
- Office IT support : provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our London office
- AV support : ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably
- End‑user support : handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team
- Onboarding : run IT onboarding calls for new joiners
- New IT projects : contribute to Tech Ops initiatives
- Automation and tooling : build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work
- Documentation : write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides
