Role Overview

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Tech Lead with strong experience in Finastra banking applications to lead delivery, solution design, and implementation across banking projects. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and domain understanding, with hands‑on leadership across development, customization, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Finastra solutions
• Act as the primary techno-functional expert, bridging business requirements and technical delivery
• Provide solution architecture and technical leadership for Finastra applications (e.g., Fusion, Equation, Midas, or similar)
