- Strong Scrum delivery experience
- DevOps exposure
- Proven experience managing a team of 5+ members for more than 3 years
- Minimum 5+ years in technical leadership roles
- Strong architecture and design capability
- AI-assisted SDLC/PDLC exposure is a plus
