Tech Lead – Screenings Platform (Hybrid, Santiago)

Checkr invites a Software Engineer Tech Lead to shape the Screenings Platform. You will drive multi-system workflows and set architectural standards across screening products, collaborating with Design, Product, Data and other teams to deliver high-impact features.

You will mentor engineers, lead priority initiatives, and ensure scalable, observable services while maintaining tight collaboration with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
