**ITX is Hiring a Tech Lead**About the Role**
As a Tech Lead at ITX, you'll be a senior engineer and a key leadership figure within a cross-functional agile delivery team.
You'll report to a Delivery Director, and collaborate with the team's Architect, Product Owner, and Scrum Master to guide the implementation of high-quality software.
This is a hands-on role that combines technical delivery, leadership, and mentorship.
You'll help shape architecture decisions, uphold best practices, and build lasting technical partnerships with clients.
