About the Role
You will drive architecture decisions, mentor developers, lead our adoption of agentic AI capabilities, and ensure delivery of high‑quality applications using Node.js, React / Next.js, MySQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor frontend & backend developers
- Design and deliver scalable full‑stack solutions
- Define and drive the technical strategy for integrating agentic AI features (e.g., AI tutoring assistants, content generation, adaptive learning workflows) into the product
- Architect and build agentic AI systems, including LLM orchestration, tool‑calling, and RAG pipelines, either directly or through close oversight of the team building them
