Job Overview
Title: Tech Lead Java (On Site) in Guadalajara
Responsibilities
- Experience between 6 and 10 years in Java development.
- Design and develop using Java 8/11/17 and Microservices with Spring Boot, JPA, and Rest Services.
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design.
- Lead technical team and support stakeholders such as PO and Scrum Master.
- Implement message broker queues (Kafka or IBM MQ).
- Knowledge of Docker, databases (MSSQL, Oracle, and equivalents) and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Knowledge of Node, React and Angular is a plus.
Qualifications
- Advanced conversational English proficiency (required).
- Full‑time position; on‑site in Guadalajara.
- Relocation to Guadalajara (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $95,000 gross.
