Provide technical leadership for AI engineering across the Consumer Experience AI Team by establishing and coding standards, improving development practices, and accelerating delivery of scalable AI solutions. Ensure consistency, quality, and speed across all AI engineering activities. Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices for AI solutions.
