IS Global CX Analytics Manager
Your Role And Responsibilities In this role you’ll provide technical leadership for AI engineering across the Consumer experience AI Team by establishing and coding standards, improving development practices, and accelerating delivery of scalable AI solutions. This role ensures consistency, quality, and speed across all AI engineering activities.
This role is contributing to the IS Consumer Experience - Consumer Intelligence.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices for AI solutions
Lead technical design reviews and code reviews across AI use cases and platforms
Guide the team in implementing scalable architectures (RAG, agents, orchestration patterns)
Improve and standardize the development lifecycle (CI/CD, testing, release processes)
