Tech Law Counsel (Part-Time, Remote)

We are currently seeking a lawyer with technology law/commercial contracts experience to work with our F500 clients on a part-time basis:

Responsibilities

• Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide support related to technology law/ commercial contracts
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of tech-related commercial agreements across various business lines
• Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements
• Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required

Minimum Qualifications

• Legal practitioner with a minimum of 3-8 years’ experience in technology law, or drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts in the tech sector
