SUMMARY
General Repair Technician is responsible for operating the facility, performing inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems, and ensuring compliance with health and safety, environmental, fire protection and other regulatory requirements.
The role collaborates with all BGIS departments to support integrated building operations.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safety Ownership and Regulatory Compliance
- Comply with all internal and external environmental, health and safety and fire protection requirements.
- Take ownership of safety measures related to building equipment.
- Technical Leader and Oversight
