Teamlead HR Legal

Lead our HR Legal team with vision: strengthen our knowledge culture, translate collective agreements and legislation into clear policy, and act as a strategic partner in a dynamic, organization wide HR environment.

Your job

As Team Lead HR Legal, you will lead a small team of experienced professionals: two lawyers/policy advisors on employment law, a paralegal on employment law, a Social Security advisor, an advisor on employment relations and the job evaluation coordinator. The team is part of WUR's Corporate HR department.

In this role, you ensure structure, cohesion and a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team. You coordinate the policy cycle and ensure that collective agreements and regulations are implemented clearly, workably and correctly, including knowledge sharing via the WUR Support Portal.
